Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may have a change in your plans occasionally. Here is our cancellation policy based on the number of days you plan to spend with us. We strongly urge you to purchase trip insurance to provide you with confidence in booking your advanced reservations.

For 3 day stays or less, full refund less $125 cancellation fee upon 30 day notice.
Cancellation within the 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount paid is forfeited.
For 4 day stays or more, full refund less $265 cancellation fee upon 60 day notice.
Cancellation within the 60 days prior to arrival, the full amount paid is forfeited.
No refunds for illness, mandatory evacuations or hurricanes so please consider purchasing Travel Insurance. It can be purchased at insuremytrip.com. Guest making reservation must be 25 years of age.
You will be responsible for any damages to your unit during your stay.

Center Court is located in downtown Key West, Florida and is literally half a block from famous Duval Street. We offer quaint luxurious suites that are equipped with great amenities. We offer two pools exclusively for our guests and have complimentary happy hour by the pool daily.
